Interview
I saw the help wanted on my local mall website and I e-mailed them telling them I was interested in applying to work for them so a few days later I meet the store manager at a coffee stand inside the mall (since the store was until under construction) and so he first gave me the application to fill out then the other manager showed up while I was filling out the job application and so they both interviewed me
Very smooth. Spoke with assistant manager and then I spoke with the hiring manager who was not from the location I was interviewing for. They both were really professional and like me a lot. This was only a two step process. Took less than a week or so.
