Terrapin Adventures interview questions

First, a quick phone call to discuss the job and requirements. Then an hour long interview, including a tour of the course. End the interview by telling a true and personal story to entertain a pretend guest.

There was a two step interview process. A screening phone call followed up with an in-person interview. The in person interview was short and unscripted. Every candidate is asked to "tell a story." The rest of the process seemed to be just to see how comfortable I was at conversation.
