Interview scheduled via recruitment agency for a 3 month position, MS teams interview, with one person and myself added to invite list. Slightly surprised when another attendee appeared on screen whom i quickly realised would be joining the interview. Standard interview questions abound, which i diligently answered, all the while knowing a biased assumption about me had already been formed within moments of interview commencing.
