Interview
Very positive interview process even though I haven't received an offer. The interviewer was professional and asked questions about my experience in my previous roles including what technologies, products and projects I have worked with.

Question 1
What kind of challenges have you faced in your previous roles and how did you overcome them?
HR gave me a call one day out of the blue without any heads up. After understanding who the caller was, I gave them a date to have a video call. The video call was nice and they were very friendly.
In the end of the call, they said they would like to move forward and schedule another interview. Following up on this, I was expecting them to reach out but nothing happened after several weeks. I followed up to ask if I was still in the game but they just ghosted me without any positive or negative response.
Very unprofessional.
