      Commodity Manager Interview

      Aug 20, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Temple, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Texas Hydraulics (Temple, TX) in Aug 2019

      Interview

First and Second interviews were done over the phone. They're trying to upgrade their Supply Chain Department, so they posted a higher level skill position, but the budget was for a buyer level paid position. Even when they knew my salary requirements, never did they say anything until the offer and said the budget wasn't available. So why did you post this as a higher level position and not let the candidate know there salary wouldn't be offered. Off by 12k a year. Wasted time and poor reflection on management. Be careful when dealing with private equity companies.
