I emailed my application in towards the end of January. In mid-February, I got a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard, and they told me that they would contact me if I was selected to continue on to the second round. About a week later, I got a call to schedule an in-person interview. I went in and had a group of 3 people interview me. I was extremely nervous, but they were very understanding and patient with me. The interview lasted an hour and a half, or so. Then a couple days later, I got a call and they offered me the position. It was a process, but it was definitely worth it. My advice: Prepare for every step of the process and be patient. If it's meant for you, you'll get it. :)
