I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Monthly (Austin, TX)
Interview
I applied to the position at the communications job fair at the University of Texas. They were prompt in response and I had heard from them and set up a time to interview within 2 weeks. Upon my interview, they gave me feedback and a response immediately. I was informed that I was accepted for the position and they gave me about a week to respond with my answer, to which i accepted the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Monthly (Austonio, TX) in Apr 2015
Interview
It was a pretty straight forward 30-minute-interview. The coordinator greeted me in front the office and bring me to a small meeting room. He was casual. He did not ask me the company background questions. Build your portfolio well and be ready to share your past experiences. After I was done with the interview, he took me all over Texas Monthly's office. I met couple employees that worked at Audience Development. It was pleasant to see a good view of capitol and downtown Austin in the conference room.
Texas Monthly's office is in downtown area near Capitol, so come early to find a parking spot.
