The process was very easy. I printed out the application off their website and faxed back to them after completing. I called the next day to verify that it was recieved. Two days later the supervisor of the yard called and asked when I'd be available for an interview. After face to face interview we discussed pay, which I thought was fair because I had very little experience in this field. We agreed on a start date and the rest is history.
