There were quite a few. But none of which ran over 30-45 mins, and all provided good insight to what the expectations and company goals were. Since this has to be 30 words, I will also state it helps to do your research on the people you have interviews with.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Texas Speed and Performance
Interview
Probably the single best interview I've ever had. After brief introductions on both sides, they got right down to business and quickly determined I didn't have a key piece of very specific experience that they strongly believed was requisite for the role. Very little time was wasted ego boosting or beating around the bush. I left the interview very clear on where I stood with them, even though I felt I could accel in the position without the specific experience they were seeking.

What experience do you have with LS, LT, Hemi, and Godzilla engines?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Speed and Performance (Georgetown, TX) in Apr 2020
Interview
Was asked to come in for an interview, business casual is appropriate, was asked a series of questions about LS engines to test my general and technical understanding. Only lasted a few minutes and they offered me a job on the spot.
