Interview
Initially, had a phone interview with the C.O.O., discussed my background and how it might relate to the position. He provided info on the job description, expectations, and direction of the company. I was then sent a online test, as well as a personality type test. Within several days I was brought in for an interview with the CEO, and taken on a quick tour of the offices and building. I was extended an offer several days later.
