What I would like from my employment
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tgis Catering (Long Beach, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
I was referred to work for the company by a friend who was already employed, so I literally sat down for less then ten minutes, met a couple people in the office, and gave my availability.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tgis Catering (Long Beach, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Sent in my resume via their website sometime in early October 2016. Got a call the next morning and was asked to come in for an interview with their HR rep, Carrie. Not a formal interview, but still dress accordingly. Carrie was very distracted that day with her phone ringing off the hook, but just joke about it and be yourself. They will have you fill out a bunch of paperwork before and after the interview if you are hired.
