Met with hiring manager and was hired right after the interview. They sat you down while the restaurant was closed and asked you about your prior experience and if you have served before. They then gave an overview of what the work hours were like and the training you would have to do because it is thai. They asked how long you could stay due to the extensive training program you were required to go through and they didn't want to waste their time.

the interview process was easy and very laid back. The owner made me feel comfortable right out of the gate. She asked the standard interview questions. However, I could tell she was more interested in growing my skills as a server to give me a skill that would help no matter where I am in the world ( she said asked that in the interview). Overall, great experience.
