Interview
Interview with HR at first and was a good process, good training programme when you start and everything is outlined clearly. Took a while to hear back from the interview and when I called to ask for HR nobody could specify hours she worked or when I could expect to hear back which was difficult as I had other offers I needed to reply to but this was my first choice. Overall great company with good ethos, management don’t communicate as much as they should but upon leaving this was discussed and hopefully this is rectified.
