It was arduous but in the end didn't offer true insight into peculiarities of the job. It excluded that the manager would have access to e-mail passwords, and half the employees desk would be dedicated to their mail.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Able Trust (Tallahassee, FL) in Sep 2012
Interview
The interview was 2 meetings with the CEO. It was a little intimidating. She has her doctorate and places very high value on education. It is a 1-on1 interview in her office. My interview was scheduled during a time when the front desk person was out and I had to ring a bell - which everyone hates! It was not how I wanted to start off.
