Interview
After applying online, I received an email asking for my availability for a phone interview. I replied, and scheduled a time with the recruiter. The recruiter failed to call me at the appointed time, so we rescheduled. The recruited AGAIN failed to call me at the appointed time, so we rescheduled again. When we did finally speak, the interview was easy. Afterwards, I was ghosted. On a lark, I applied for two other positions with this company, and each time I received the same identical email requesting a phone interview. I replied to both several times, and never received a response. It reeked of a scam.

Interview
They are very particular for good reason. It is not typical journalism, so advocacy experience is preferred. Interview process was a three-step process that starts with a "boss", then moves to publisher and cross department person who you'll work with quite a bit.
