It was very interesting, the job description seems to be quite different from traditional marketing once you dig a little deeper. Essentially seems to be a commission based position based on collecting DARE donations outside of Denver grocery stores...
Interviewer was nice. Process was brief and enjoyable. They just want to make sure your goals and values align with theirs. Interview is not very extensive and no second interview was required. You will be working long hours and most likely at least one day on the weekend. I was hired on the spot.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at The Aloha Way
Interview
I got a call from a lady named Sherri Cross she is the Human Resources Manager for The Aloha Way. She called me I believe May 28,21 to set up an interview she said it was for my application for Denver Human Services. She explained the position was in person and not remote like the job posting said. She said if I was ok with a in person interview we could move forward. Today was my interview June 1st. I did my interview with Lori (who is one of the CEO'S) at The Aloha Way and the interview was nothing about the position I had applied for. It was a marketing company that does fundraising for the DARE program. I got offered to come back tomorrow for a 2nd interview and to talk about the hours and pay. It didn't even dawn on me until I got home that the interview wasn't for the position I had applied for. I emailed Sherri looking for more information on the job cause I am confused.
