Interview
You go in, talk to someone and take a quick typing test. If you pass the typing test they have you call back at a later time to practice a prepared speech on the phone. If you pass that they give you a day for orientation usually on Weds. at 2pm.

Interview
You go in, and after you fill out a short job application, you are subsequently interviewed by a shift manager, and thereafter, you are given a 2-minute typing test to see if you're able to type a minimum of 30 WPM. If you pass the typing test, you're given a specific date/time to callback to do a test-reading of a telephone contact script, so they can hear how you sound over the phone, and if that goes well, you're subsequently scheduled to begin training/orientation.
