A short call over Teams was followed by an in-person interview. The process was great — I could tell they really cared and had reviewed my portfolio with a lot of consideration. They made me feel relaxed and were welcoming throughout the entire process. I didn’t get the result I was hoping for, but it left me feeling more confident about my work and career pursuits, as they were very encouraging.
