The Aragon Company interview questions

I got contacted for this position by a third party vendor where they set up this interview for me. When I got to the interview, i was greeted by the email developer who was pretty cool who then proceeded to interview me. Next I got interviewed by the CEO himself. Now I should mention that going in i was told by the vendor that the CEO is a very weird guy (bc this was indicated by other interviewees), so I kept an open mind. But this exceeded my expectation. The guy was a complete robot and after asking a question would give you a very creepy serial killer look which made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. He’d then take notes every time I’d speak, and ask extremely personal questions about the past employers, my performance and how my performance would increase revenue and lastly saying he would reach out to every single one of my employers. Now I don’t mind you reaching out but he was treating it like a thorough investigation on me when the job pays well below market value at 60K!!! If you’re gonna talk the talk by doing these, at least walk the walk by paying the correct salary. Overall the CEO made me very uncomfortable and I would not want to work there even if I got the offer simply bc I would not want to deal with him. I have a much better job now at a very well known company that pays nearly double of what this clown is offering.
