      Social Media Associate Interview

      Sep 21, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Athletic (London, England)

      Interview

Very long and drawn out process that took 3-4 weeks. After the initial applicatoin you're set a social media task which takes a couple of hours as there's a few tasks to get through. If you pass that there's an in person interview at their branch which went well and the people that interviewed me were nice about it. Good questions too asking specifically for the role and what I can bring etc. After that there is a four-person interview with colleagues in the United States. Again, quite long and they asked questions specifically about their role and how you could work with them (Since you have to also do work about American sports).

      Question 1

If you posted something that was factually incorrect, how would you go about rectifying this mistake.
