Interview scheduled for 9am they advertised to arrive 15 mins early. I spoke to the receptionist at the entrance of the office space upon my arrival at 8:50am. Owner was casual in his approach and asked me questions that invaded into my personal life as in who I live with and if anyone supports me financially. Overall vibe given from the several people I interviewed with was fraternity like as of they were evaluating external life and interests over job skills and capabilities. The role was very entry level but not advertised as such. Great opportunity for someone freshly out of college with little professional experience. Office staff was friendly but not diverse in age. At the end of the interview which included an in office shadow day, the last person I spoke with in my exit interview asked why I came 5 mins late. I had already felt overqualified the more I spoke to staff during the mock office day interview but that was a direct sign of office culture controlled by novice leadership. Not a fit for experienced individuals.
