Interview
Met with the Property Manager. It was very easy going we talked about our experience and expectations. It did not feel like an interrogation. After getting his green light I was called by the RVP (Our schedules did not match to meet in person) She was very friendly and warm over the phone. We talked about lease up properties and how they are different then a stable community, and asked about my expectations and how I would handle certain situations.
