I got a phone call from the small outlet manage two days after I applied the position online. We had a brief interview over the phone and he said he was happy about my resume and my experience in F&B, and he would like to see me in 2 days, which was a rush to me because I was still live in a town 6 hours drive from Banff. So we arranged to have an interview in The Banff Centre 3 days later. It was a nice interview, the manager told me that I meet the requirement of this position and I got the call from him that afternoon and got the offer. Then I started working there in two days after the interview.
