The Bridge for Youth interview questions

Applied online at night. Received an offer to interview the next morning. Interview scheduled the following week, with no confirmation or information regarding address of location / how long the interview would last / who would be conducting the interview. Interview took place at main location, lasted about 45 minutes, and was co-facilitated by two employees not directly involved with the Youth Response Center. Both were employees for less than a year. One had just started, two months prior. I was informed the interview process would involve three rounds for a part-time, weekend position. Salary expectations were asked. When I inquired next steps, contact person expressed wanting to set-up second interview. After a thank you email day-of, and a second email follow-up, I did not hear back from contact person again. Overall, interview process from start to finish reflected a level of disorganization I had not yet seen in the nonprofit field in the Twin Cities. Submitted application in spite of negative reviews, and.. negative reviews held.
