I got my job interview through an employee referral. I was interviewed by a sales team manager at the HQ in Etobicoke. I was asked to go over my resume and talk about my professional and academic background and its relevancy to the perspective position. I was asked a couple of standard behavioral questions too.
I was invited to the second round of the interview with an account manager and reporting system manager. Questions were similar to the first interview, but this time I was asked to talk more about Campbell's marketing strategy. During the both interviews I was encouraged to ask questions about potential job requirements, company and its culture.
