Stay away! I was led on for 9 WEEKS, 3 of which were radio silence, only to be handed a generic rejection email. I had four interviews with more than 8 employees, a writing assignment that took the entire day, and was asked for a start date and references. Climate Reality then ghosted me for multiple weeks, and when I asked for an update, they said it would be another week (it was 2). Wasted 30+ hours interviewing for this company. Do not waste your time - a good employer will respect you.
