The interview process was swift and to the point. The people whom were the interviewers were candid and personable while asking objective questions regarding the position. They definitely expressed an interest from the beginning about a desire to bring in someone for the position and expected a level of professionalism and excellence with it, knowing those who have come through the paper in previous years.
