The interview process was fairly simple. The director made it all about my experience and goals, but failed to adequately describe the job description. Some questions I had about the position went unanswered and I’m left still trying to understand all that they do. It’s obvious the Director has little experience with interviewing. When I was told I didn’t get the position, I asked why and was ignored again. I’m assuming it was a “cultural fit” because I was defintely qualified for the position. They claim to be focused on low-income, minority communities, but there’s little diversity at their Georgia location. I wish them the best as a I am grateful I did NOT get this position.
