I saw a posting on their website, and applied. Two weeks later People manager emailed me to schedule a 2 person phone interview. Felt like a vibe check. Then zoomed in for an interview with the team and other people. Got to know them personally, which was nice. Then I got a call back, and started 2 weeks later.
