Interview
Do yourself a BIG favor and if you truly care about caring for terminally ill hospice patients, find a hospice that will support that same goal. This place isn't it anymore!
I applied online. I interviewed at The Denver Hospice in Mar 2020
Interview
Laid back and easy . It was a conversation without actual questions like a traditional interview. We talked about work history and then laughed about stories from previous jobs. If you click with who interviews you, you will get hired. They hire people with no work ethics all the time and this is why they can't hold staff and have such a high turnover rate. The interview was very misleading in what the company actually is like.

Question 1
Nothing. Just had a discussion and no formal questions. They were so desparate, I don't think it mattered what I said at that point. They will hire anyone at everyone so they have staff, even if you are the worst employee ever.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Denver Hospice in Jan 2013
Interview
Multiple questions about how I troubleshooted specific scenarios. Asked for specific examples. Asked about errors I had made in my clinical practice and how I fixed them. Involved manager and HR rep. It was moderlately challenging but most staff RN position interviews tend to ask the same things...
