The process in general was quick and straight to the point, which is a good thing.
First, I was invited to an Assessment which happened in a nice hotel, so it gave a good first impression. A lot of explaining about the company, the product, and the carreer path. We had to answer a generic survey regarding our previous experiences and future aspirations.
The ones selected (don't know how many) were invited for an interview at their offices the following week. In the same afternoon, I talked to 2 people on their sales team, the HR Manager and the CEO finally. Everything was really natural and direct.
