The interview process went well for the most part. The entry-level position required three interviews in total, one initial phone screening followed by two in-person, group interviews. The first was with three account executives, and the second was with all three founders. My first two interviews went very well, as I got along great with the account executives. The final interview was kind of awkward, as I was asked questions from what seemed like a long list, and I had a difficult time connecting with my interviewers. My interview went over the scheduled hour by at least 30 minutes, and a lot of the time they were talking to me. After waiting about a week, I was declined through an email because I was "not conversational enough." I personally don't think the set up of the interview was conducive to having a good conversation, and so it was odd that they rejected me because of that alone. This was a bummer because I was excited about the company and opportunity.
