Interview
I sent in my resume and cover letter. I got a call back for when I had to come in. Two people interviewed me. They were nice and friendly and gave me a good overview of what the museum was going to be like. They called me to tell me I got the job and I had to take a drug test and they did a background check.

There really weren't any difficult questions. They asked us about customer service, how to handle lost children, and very basic questions relating to the job.
