2 rounds of interview. 1st round was with the HOD of the subject. She had a pleasant disposition and looked lethargic. I asked about how they would handle students with different learning needs and was given a generally answer that the weaker students would come for more lessons ("unlimited tuition" ). A surprise test and teaching demo was given on the spot. ( Wasn't informed in advance ) 2nd round was with the owner. Asked him some questions on the business plan and directions only to be redirected to the role. No clear progression and plan when it comes to career development. He doesn't take into account past experiences and account for an individual's experiences in totality ( Role centric ).

I was invited for an interview with the head of the department. The interview went well and she was very warm and friendly and explained the job scope to me patiently. I had to complete a test which I was not expecting it to be so difficult, there were many questions and also a writing test at the end. I was not asked to complete the teaching demo
