Laid back interview asking common questions about your experience and desire to work as a sub. Nice interviewer and did not find it difficult to answer any questions. They will ask about location preferences
I applied online. I interviewed at The Education Team in Nov 2025
Interview
They asked me about my teaching experience and then asked me to do the onboarding process. There's a lengthy contract to sign and they pressured me to sign it without review giving me a deadline of 130PM the next day. Then there's more paperwork to fill out, a really unbelievable amount of work. The company is opaque and there were three company names listed in the onboarding process. I ended up not knowing which company I actually work for. Very low pay for a lot of stress.

Question 1
They just asked about my previous teaching experience.
Easy interview, process took about 2 weeks to onboard with the fingerprinting process. Asked simple questions on experience working with children. Only 1 interview before Job offer. Very nice and pleasant interview with recruiter.
