The position was posted on a job board and required emailing a resume and cover letter. I was contacted within a week and asked for a time of availability to speak on the phone for a 30 minutes. After selecting a time a confirmation email is sent. The interview itself included the typical interview questions: Tell me about yourself, What experience qualifies you, How often do you come into contact with the target demographic, etc. I was informed about the decision less than a week later.
