      Sales Representative Interview

      Jun 24, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Go Solution (Houston, TX)

      Interview

First they did a phone interview. They asked me a couple of questions about myself. Then they described the training process. They also wanted to make sure I was flexible for scheduling. The person who conducted the phone interview said the physical interviewers were going to ask me a lot of the same questions so try to refine some of the answers as well as ask some questions about my experience. They decided they liked me over the phone so I did a digital interview and answered some essay questions. How cool! I came in for the interview and had one with a manager then one with an Executive. It's not often Executives take the time to talk to sales candidates so I thought that was pretty cool too.…

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Go Solution in Jan 2018

      Interview

They walk you thru the building, show you the sales pit. Take you into a room with glass doors so all the sales pit can watch your interview - they ask you to write down your availability on a schedule, which they stick to. They basically hire everyone and throw them on the phones and see how they will do.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Go Solution

      Interview

Interview process is pretty easy. One phone interview with a recruiter that in hindsight is trying to sell you on the position. Usually they are not totally honest in either of the two interviews. On boarding is pretty good.

They ask typical sales job questions.
