I interviewed at The Goat Agency (London, England)
Interview
Long interview process for a very entry level role, but nice interviewers. Stage 1 is with HR, stage 2 is with the manager and HR, stage 3 is a task, and stage 4 is presenting the task.

Interview
Very good and very thought out. Questions were varied and I had the chance to understand the business a lot better in terms of what services they offer to brands

Question 1
What is your experience in advertising/client services?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Goat Agency (London, England)
Interview
After choosing to take the Glassdoor reviews with a pinch of salt I progressed with the recruitment process, but in all honesty it just solidified that this would not be a great company to work for. Really poor communication with an in-house recruiter who insists on messaging you on LinkedIn only which feels weird in itself. The interviews and tasks are easy enough, it's the lengthy drawled out process which will involve you needing to drive it along that just seems like a waste of everyone's time and effort to go through. There are plenty of other companies who will show more respect for applicant's time and effort. The recruitment process is the first insight you get into a company and this one sadly seems flawed from the get go.
