3 stage interview. 1st stage: 15 minute telephone call going over CV. 2nd stage: Face to face interview with General Manager and current Assistant Manager. Was asked to present what my first 6 months would look like in the role. 3rd stage: Hour interview with the Regional Manager. Was asked about knowledge of Social Media and how would I support/develop the PT’s.
