I went through an agency. They set up an interview with the manager in the department of be working in. It was an interview with him and another senior member of the team. They were very approachable and the interview was not dragged out unnecessarily. Normal appropriate questions for the job at hand and nothing invasive or superfluous. It was a good interview and they gave me an answer on thr spot
