Interview
The interviewer was very nice and welcoming, the staff in the salon was very nice and polite. Super easy. Met with shop manager for about 20-30 minutes and she asked me basic questions. Really casual and easy going, not stressful at all. Felt good coming out of it and pretty much knew I had gotten the job based on body language and conversation.

I saw that they were hiring online, I found the General Manager via LinkedIn and was scheduled for an interview the following week. I interviewed with the store manager and was given a tour of the store. Overall the interview was very easy and relaxing. She mainly talked about her/The Hair Bar expectations and how can I be an asset to the team. After that I advanced to the next step which was a technical interview with 2 blowout models the following week.

The store manager Julianna had a great personality! Upbeat, nice and fun manager to work with it. The receptionist was nice and inviting. The salon was clean, beautiful, and at a good location. I've always wanted to work at the Hair Bar since I first started cosmetology school.Too bad I wasn't hired.
