I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hatch Agency (San Francisco, CA) in May 2024
Interview
Super easy, everyone at the Hatch Agency is very friendly. There was a phone screening then a writing test which was to summarize four articles in one hour, and lastly panel interview with the staffers.
Emailed and got a screening call. Followed by a written assessment then group interviews with account executives. There were lags through the process and I had to follow up multiple times. Poorly managed hiring process & not a great experience
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Hatch Agency in Jul 2022
Interview
Took 2 months, but could have gone faster if not for some personal delays. Completed an initial phone screen, a 1-hr writing test, and a panel interview with 3 groups of 2 for 1.5 hours. They said they'd be in contact with me after the weekend following my group interview, but they ghosted me despite my follow-up emails.
Worth noting that there definitely is a diversity issue at Hatch as several reviews have noted. I had not spoken to a single POC during the process. I am a POC, and I feel that this may have negatively affected my interviewing process.
