Submitted application via email, which included writing samples, a cover letter, and resume. Brief phone interview, followed by an in-person interview, followed by a skills test, followed by a final call from the president.

Interview
Shortly after applying, I was asked two do a half-hour video interview. Two people interviewed me over Zoom. They were friendly and thoughtful in answering my questions. The interview was followed by a one-hour writing test. Within a couple of weeks, I got a phone call with an offer.
