The Heller Group interview questions

The interview was short and easy. Straight to the point. I was told exactly how I'd be trained. My first day of work I trained for awhile, and then begin to make calls myself. The job is fairly easy, it's just repetative.

The first interview was quick. Met with director of operations. Basic questions on experience and qualities. He did most of the talking. Didn't need to do much selling of myself. Answered the questions I was asked and was on my way within 20 min. The second interview was brief and I was offered the position on the spot starting immediately.
