Super laid back, but I assume it depends on who does your interview. I had no barista experience going into this. They ask the basic boring questions they ask at any interview: what experience you have, what past employers would say about you, why you left, any previous barista experience, etc. They’ll also just talk to you for a bit to kinda get a general sense of your vibe. Go into it with a good reason you wanna work there and passion and they’ll hire you.

The interview process was quick and simple. They asked me Basic questions not very complex. They are not too picky and mostly give people a chance.availability on weekends is important to them.
