A senior reporter who is in charge of new recruits conducts the interview. It's a group interview with multiple candidates in one room. The questions asked are based mostly on the resume submitted and there isn't a lot of gotcha questions or pressure. They are mostly interested in your media or communications related prior experience as well as your linguistic qualifications.
