So the founder claims during the interview that she is allergic to laziness, but nothing screams laziness to me more than conducting a group interview where it's clear you've barely skimmed our resumes. I also come to find out during this first interview that the job listing I applied for (related to PR and comms) is actually not PR and comms, but instead being given every possible responsibility so that you can get "fast-tracked to a managerial position" (which is just code for "we have a really high turnover rate and need to dangle a carrot in front of you to convince you to do menial soul-sucking work for us"). I got the impression that MGN cuts corners and takes the easy way out. Laziness at its most prominent. And for the record I did not get an offer because I made the choice not to pursue the role. Steer clear of this place they want to prey on naive college grads.
