Victoria reached out to me about an interview for the HR Generalist position at The Music Center. We chatted a bit and she got to know more about me, but unfortunately they decided to not move forward with me. I initially had high hopes considering that we seemed to get along well - there were two phone screening calls and an in-person interview; however, their team was very unprofessional and essentially ghosted me. No follow-up from the last interview, recap, or an e-mail indicating that I had not been selected, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, it was a negative experience because they never responded to my 2 follow-up emails.
