The National Institute for Reproductive Health interview questions

Was strung along for months with no contact, then would have an interview and would hear nothing. An organization that acts this way isn't worth working for. If you respect your candidates, it shows you respect employees. I was pleased that I didn't move on because I would have rejected any offer from an organization that treats candidates this way.

I was contacted about two weeks after submitting my application for a phone interview. The interview was with two employees, and the style was that of a typical interview where they asked about 10 questions about my interest and past experiences, and then left time to answer questions. The interview lasted way shorter than I expected, probably around 20 minutes and it did not really feel like a conversation but rather them reading off a list of questions. It became obvious that they were not interested about 5 minutes in. They said they would get back to me by the next week but I received no response. I had to reach back out after two weeks to get a response that they had already hired someone. Altogether disappointing for an organization that does such good work.
