I applied online answers basic questions then had to complete behavioural and situational tests on artic shore then I got an email with an interview date in person with the manager and some other person
Had mine online, but very friendly. Asked about past experience and how you would fit in the team. Usually the process would be in person and maybe a trial shift. Very accommodating to not being able to make it in person due to being away. Offered me the job an hour later.

I only managed to progress to the first round of interviewing. However, the application process was easy, and it was on the telephone, not face-to-face, but it would likely progresd to that further on.
